hmm the PCR test can pick up some RNA, and you may potentially carry it for a few more weeks or months but it won't affect your own body, but it could infect others though. -

Well I moved my PC to a different room without wifi so, much of the time was spent recovering from the symptoms and just gaming without any distractions
just rest till the aftereffects go away
