    Haha the problem is with PIE servers and not ptcl and yes they get overloaded. Facing this issue on Samnabad exchange since 2008 off and on. Tried everything , complained everywhere including pta, still nothing. I just gave up long ago.

    Same bullcrap has returned. It was all fine when torrents were throttled. Pings 120-200 to local servers instead of the usual 30-40ms. Everytime the electricity goes and the load decreases the pings are fine for 10-15 mins then high again. Ptcl servers simply cant handle the traffic. This issue...

    Dude you are among the lucky ones. People from my exchange (Samnabad, Lahore) are getting pings of 200 to local servers during peak times 6-12 for many months now. Imagine that!
