well you can ask him, if he agrees to write it down on the invoice after conferring with the manager then it will be fine i guess
just make sure the 3 year warranty term is stamped by shing
If its ok in the safe mode then it looks like just a software problem hopefully
I recommend booting from an embedded OS like Windows XPE, or Ubuntu and save whatever data you have on C drive to some other drive
Then just boot from your own Windows 7 CD and try the repair option when it pops up...
Ziljin, Singcare and Shingtech are basically one and the same thing, its a tax thing, dont worry about it too much!
Most items carry 10 months to a year warranty but if someone in shing decides to give you a 3 year warranty and mentions it on the invoice, then ur good to go :Chilli:
