Apparently zong has blocked online gaming on PS4 and most prob on X1. They have also very recently capped the torrents speed to 100 KB/s. The service is getting shitty day by day. So, you wont be able to play online on zong 4g. I had the same issue, switched to PTCL EVO Charji and its working...- mateenf

Zong 4g psn error ws-37397-9
Zong 4g currently doesn't support gaming, even when it works on PSN it gives NAT type 3 which is useless most of the times. So unless u have ptcl (which never works) or any other DSL giving u good 4 mbps, playing online is difficult.- mateenf
