    Yup, that's the issue I'm having. I believe they changed up their packages around 3 months ago too, so most likely they switched providers or something along those lines. Damn, I really hope this gets fixed. Connect was always reliable for gaming but this is just garbage.

    I'm on Connect but I'm having almost the exact same issue. I'm also in Karachi. Overwatch is literally unplayable at night when this happens. This problem usually only happens during 5 or 6PM - 4 or 5 AM

    Just wanted to say that I also ordered from Bilal and didn't get my package. I asked for a refund 3 months ago and he was giving me the "wait till next week" excuse constantly, but he just refunded my order. Granted, it was a small amount relatively. Around 7k but still.

    That's pretty good tbh. I had worse when I attempted it 3 years ago and I still got in. Though my advice would be to still apply for IBA if you can, just in case. Don't just sit idly expecting to get into one university because if it doesn't pan out, you can waste a lot of time.
