    I did mention the problems with PS3 version in that thread. Even the PC version isn't free of bugs ... nothing deal breaker though. And Its "EA" ... recent fuck up on Rivals, BF4 and quality control on previous games is self evident.

    If you really wanna play then play it on PC. And don't just proceed with "initial impressions". After a few days (a couple of hours), Forza & GT5 started to seem ... just stupid to me. I don't just get satisfied with "lots of contents" especially when those games are playing "the number games" ... boasting things which aren't really there. Shift 2 is different with 144 something cars are there but each and every single one is tailored to perfection.

    Me too. I already talked to Amaga about it. If I get two from him, he'll give a 500 discount on shipping. So that makes 2 Olive Timex Weekenders (Rs. 2200 each) plus shipping (Rs. 2500).

    Rofl! I sensed way too much sense of hatred, vulgarity and descendancy in his approach to the whole thing so I thought it was better to sail on my own with friends of my own. As a result, I had this new crew created by a friend whom I can actually trust and is as willing to keep the session clean and fun as I possibly would.

    Many congrats on the purchases. :) I hope you are enjoying the story which i found quite interesting and I thought it was very blunt of Rockstars to have experimented with 3 characters.
    Oh absolutely, I look forward to meeting you in the online as well. I mostly get to play 9/10 pm onwards so that's when I'd usually be there with the exception of days when I can't make it. It's good to know that you got the mic as well.

    Oh, in that case the small in-ear canal Bluetooth version 2.0 headset would serve you well for online games on the PS3. That's what I initially bought and I can't recall having any issues with it apart from the device hurting my right ear a little. :p

    It's a pity that he can't arrange one for you as of now. PS Plus truly does put some exciting AAA titles on offer for free, especially the UK variant. I found Assassins Creed 3 multiplayer quite fun, to be honest. I occasionally play it these days, besides playing its story mode.
    Hmm, I would suggest you contact amaga, Jshak, Polanis Store, Saqicity and AwesomeGamers here on Pakgamers. Ask each one for the price in Pakistani Rupees for the 5 pound, 10 pound, 20 pounds and 35 pound UK PSN cards. It would be a bonus if any of them have the PlayStation Plus 365 day subscription card itself. Would save you some hassle and you won't have to incur the potential extra cost. Do not finalize anything before you have the quoted prices and have shared them with me.
    Sadly, PSN doesn't allow sharing an account with more than one person or I would have been able to share the game/s with you for free. Already sharing it with a friend so that is just not possible now.

    Suggestions for the headset? Umm, in what respect exactly? I initially assumed you were getting one of those small in-ear canal Bluetooth headsets (ones used with mobile phones on the go) but I am under the impression you are getting the official SONY 7.1 Surround Sound headset. It's a good choice, and the same one I am using. Though I would have surely suggested the official SONY PULSE headset if you were abel and willing to add the extra 2 to 3k.

    Unlike the former, it is able to compatible with PC, has preset sound modes and provides more realistic bass levels. Also, it will be compatible with the upcoming PS4 as per official sources (so will the former).

    Do add other players who still play the game these days (I noticed Obelisk from Pakgamers in the lobby last night) and play on a consistent basis so that you keep getting better at the game. It's a pity that I am only available on Sundays to be able to play with people on PG since the only one to two hours I get on weekdays are spent helping another friend do the same bit I just told you about (can;t even imagine helping two people in that process at the same time). Hopefully, both these people will reach their desired goals soon and we all will be able to play more freely next to next Sunday, if not the immediately next one.

    There's a bit of risk involved but the game encourages it for people like him who want to build their clan size and level up. Unfortunately, points and parts earning is directly associated with getting higher ranks instead of those executions and downs. Hence, i there is a person in your team who gets no downs and executions at all but has been doing what ned was doing he'd keep appearing at the top of the table at the end of each round.

    He was the one who introduced me to all that, even helped me along in the process when we met. As a result, I feel I owe it to him now. :p

    Likewise. I am sorry for making it a little bit boring with the kind of help I was providing ned and forcing you two to provide cover. Actually, ned wants to build his clan population to about 200 people which requires more and more parts (you can view yours under 'parts needed per day' on the right in the lobby as the days progress. As a result, him and I have to keep a defined support loadout which helps me injure myself and let him revive and heal me at several occasions. That's when he needs cover so that he can get the job done, cleanly. Secondly, his strategy is to lose the first two rounds (produces more supplies from stashes in each round that follows), bounce back with wins in the next three, lose another one and win the last one.

    Battlefield 3 is still VERY VERY active. Lots of servers, lots of players. There are expansion packs but people don't play that often. Base game is what EVERYONE plays. You don't need to do any patch or anything, Origin does that itself. :)
