    Sweetness & Lightning was a really cute series. I definitely recommend watching it, same for Little Witch Academia which is airing currently. Sweetness and Lightning aired in Summer 2016 season, though, not the current one.

    Is PTCL throttling torrent speeds now? I've been getting 20Kbps-50Kbps on every type of torrents (even private trackers one). This only happens after 6PM+ and I'm on an 8Mbps broadband connection. My location is Karachi.

    Aha, I think you're focusing too much on it. JoJo is a fun series, it shouldn't be taken seriously. Araki does whatever the fuck he wants with the series, that's how JoJo is. I really enjoyed Part 3, and also loved Part 4 (the next few arcs going to be great!).
