    I did email them and they told me to register a complain and their staff will come check it out they are not allowed to give admin username password to anyone. Fiberhome 6244C router is really really bad with all the disconnect issues and you cant troubleshoot it yourself without admin privileges.

    Thanks bro i'll try out this method I was 4 minutes into the game last game it was the ranked game and I was jungling so my team lost because I was underleveled and I am sure they reported me after the game :)

    I already re-installed the adobe air I have been playing LoL for last 3 years without problem but now I am pretty sure that PTCL has blocked the port which connects to the game ... I connect directly if I use Hotspot shield but without any software I can't connect to the game and I face black...
