shoutbox plsWell, i have completed FF7, watched the advent children movie. Loved it, now i understand why ff7 is the best FF game in the series.
I have started FF8, story seems interesting, but the gameplay? Oh God......the battle system feels sluggish and slow paced, compared to ff7. It takes me a while to finish battles in this. And this whole new junction system is ridiculous and confusing. The materia system in ff7 was easy, and way better.
I didn't get one thing, whats that about, when you equip a magic( e.g fire), to your character stats(e.g strength or magic). And after the battle i check, the magic i equipped with my character stats, it disappears.Well, i continued playing FF7, and still am. It's good, but Persona will always remain the best JRPG in my heart.
I'm near completing it, so afterwards beating it, which FF should i play?
FF VIII?
FF X?
FF 13?
You said FF IX is your personal fav, though the character designs look....ehh cartoony?Yeah, though it looks like more of a road-trip rpg. I'm worried they ditched stella, and replaced her with luna. They also fucked up Stella's design which was before the E3 2013 trailer. I want the old stella.....

Your best bet is to sell ur 360, and get a used PS3 hacked.
They are plenty of other exclusives to play other than, the last of us. Like the Yakuza series, or Tales of series. No idea why those don't interest you....

Btw i want to get into the final fantasy series, and never played a game before.
Which ones should i play?Though there's one thing that's bothering me, the trailer mentioned of having 7 characters.
Mc, Ryuji, Anzu, Morgana(Cat) takes 4 spaces, will we only get 2 more playable characters? Because one character is going to have to take that Rise/Fuuka role in battles.

Ryuji looks like NarutoYeah, that negotiation system with the demons, that was pretty meh. No wonder the Persona 2 fanboys are getting their panties in a bunch of P5 going back to it's P1 and P2 roots, and wanting the social link system to be removed. :tv: P2 fanboys are the worst.
I hope we still get the card shuffling thing.
Yeah, i do remember the developer mentioning the game will still retain the feeling of previous Persona games, so I shouldn't worry about that.
I was expecting another hottie in the velvet room, like magaret or elizabeth. But the kiddy twins will do just fine, I'm just glad Igor is back, i was afraid he wouldn't be in, because his Japanese VA died, and it's disrespectful to Japanese to replace another character role. People wanted that philemon guy to replace him, thank God that didn't happen.I haven't been hyped up like this in a long time.
Btw the shadows are being replaced by demons, and according to people on the forums demons are better than shadows. I never played Persona 1, and played a good couple of persona 2 innocent sin, before i dropped it, since it was horrible crap, so I don't know much about these demons. So can you enlighten me how demons are better?
Igor is back, awesome jazzy music, female character waifu material, and the MC looks like a bad ass now.
I hope S.Links are still in, and they are more characters in our team.
Though i wonder if we still get that persona 3/4 feeling when playing the game....It was feeling like Catherine to me....You were right about Arena's story getting repetitive. So far, i completed Yu, Yosuke, Yukiko, Chie, Aegis stories till the cliffhanger. Now playing Labrys, so it unlocks the full stories of other characters.
Since it's getting boring with the repetitiveness, whose stories are worth completing after beating labrys?

this is govt's and not Microsoft's problem, of course. but it does make our market unfriendly for global digital businesses and consumers, which partly explains why Sony and Ninty stay away. a full-priced game would be significantly more expensive here digitally than its physical counterpart that comes to us from more cost-effective markets and channels (such as imports from UAE). -

And you'd have to have USD balance in Payoneer of course, which prolly wouldn't be feasible if u somehow transfer PKR to it. It's an option for me cuz I get paid in USD there.

Finally saw Deadpool & Wolverine. Very overrated movie. I don't get what the commotion is all about. It was full of cringe humor & gay jokes. Also the whole multiverse thing is getting really lame now. It was fine the first time. Ok the second time. But now they've milked the jugs out of this concept. I know Marvel is desperate, but they need to come up with some original ideas if they want to stay in business. It's been a while since we've had a good superhero movie... -

Anyway, can't wait to play Astro Bot and the new Zelda later this month when I have some time. Tried a few levels in Astro and it's a master, fun platformer. Rarely felt this happy playing a game.
