Guys I could desperately need some help.. Constantly geting 250 ping on SeA server on 4 mb ptcl and alot of pacetloss .. I dont know how to tell the ptcl guys to make it better .. they dont know what dota 2 is :@ I live in dha 2 and we only have ptcl or DHa teleman -
