    PTCL is shit. if they can give you such a cheap internet why not give it to others?........ I am using only ptcl dsl as soon as they made dsl available after dial up days.     You probably have other internet providers (ISPs) in your area. That is why PTCL is giving you a offer good enough to keep you stick with PTCL. They never give offers to areas without competition.
