    My friend has WiTribe and it sucks big time. Maybe has low connection speed,not sure but I've rarely seen his internet disconnect or anything so I'll consider switching to WiTribe then. Worldcall has a Wapda issue in some areas like here in DHA and that's really sad. PTCL has bad reputation...

    Lower graphics settings from game maybe? Also 30-40fps is fine for DotA type games,60fps is fine too.
