    I totally disagree with your observation, yes some cables were damaged but they now have lots of alternatives. Furthermore most cables directly connect to ME/EU so that is not logical either. Main reason i disagree is because i was getting huge packet loss while playing league of legends today...

    PTCL got some serious routing issues, can't even understand what sort of IT professionals they have sitting in that department. Huge Packet losses, huge pings to nearby locations, huge pings right in Pakistan as well, in this age and day they still can't do anything about it.

    You have really bad SNR and Attenuation. Get your line man to fix your wire. Normally changing pair at the pole resolves these issues.

    Same thing used to happen to me, Initially internet would slow down and then i could not open 192 page :flame: Updating the firmware resolves slow modem issues, however frequent disconnection is related to SNR margin and Attenuation. You can check your SNR and Attenuation in your modem.
