I was thinking of switching isp as well but in dha only ptcl and wateen are available . and from what i have heard wateen has poorer ping than ptcl which are quite average to begin with so i am reluctant to switch- blazeadeel

try and download witcher 3 , your location is Islamabad right? if so then this seems to be a wide spread Ptcl issue ( they usually have their submarine lines in a tangle) or an issue with PSN (highly doubtful but possible). but try to download witcher 3- blazeadeel

this is a very weird problem, I think we should wait it out and I m sure it will resolve itself (or atleast I hope). I downloaded fifa16, killzone shadow fall , plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 without any problem but witcher 3 and patches for BF4 , Uncharted 4 cause problem- blazeadeel

did you register any complaints with ptcl ? i can try the vertical position thing but sorry to say i doubt it'll work because i have this issue on 2 PS4s :) never had this issue before and my PS4 has always been in horizontal position I have noticed that the data downloaded isnt necessarily...- blazeadeel
