Oh darn, despy bhi aagya! 😄

Not sure who I am happier with, Nixxes or Jimbo for acquiring them 🤣

Either way, flawless victory 🤜
Finally, a PS4 game best played on a high-end PC 4 years later 🤷‍♂️:LOL:

I guess Necrokiller will be looking for similar wins over the UC4/LL and TLOU Part 1 PC ports :ROFLMAO:

So DF basically said that Sony own Port is matching RTX 2060 Super with PS5.
When targeting 60fps, yes. I'd like to see what GPU the PS5 matches at unlocked frame rates in VRR mode. I think Alex will do that comparison in a future video.

So would Necrokiller call the PS5 version of Miles Morales a remaster of the day-and-date PS4 release? 🤷‍♂️ :LOL:

OG Spider-man should've been a free upgrade to begin with. Metro Exodus was a bigger upgrade given away at no cost. Wonder why they didn't term it as a remaster 🤷‍♂️ :LOL:

So i basically get that MS games port to PC are mostly equal RX 5700 XT/ RTX 2070 Super if port is done done like Gears of War 5 or Foriza 5. Sony, which is doing more amazing port than most PC pro developers are pro Nvidia RT.

All Sony games are some how PRO Nvidia and even at times RTX 2060 Super in God of War, Days Gone, Spider Remastered, etc is beating AMD equivalent 15% to 20%. I do not understand this because how come AMD is so much lagging behind Sony games that amazes me.

@CerebralTiger What is theory on this?

@Necrokiller

Why all Sony games ported on PC are so Pro towards Nvidia.

I think its possible its the other way around and Nvidia is the one seeking out partnerships. HZD, God of War and now Spider-Man all support DLSS. Days Gone however, does not. Bend Studio did not rule it out completely, so its possible it was a matter of integrating it with their modified version of UE4. Or, it wasn't worth Nvidia's time or money :p

MS has always been vocal about their relationship with AMD so I think its either that which keeps their games from getting Nvidia proprietary feature support or engines not supporting DLSS plugin at the time games were released (or any temporal solution in cases like Forza Horizon 5). Its going to depend on a case by case basis though, as Hellblade does support DLSS and Flight Simulator is getting DLSS support this year as well.

Curiously Spider-Man remastered is the first game where we can compare FSR 2.0, DLSS and first party proprietary solution i.e. IGTI (Insomniac's own temporal injection solution). From what I've tested in the game briefly, at similar quality levels, DLSS > FSR 2.0 > IGTI.

@CerebralTiger @Necrokiller

DF recent week says that Nvidia and AMD lost 3 billion dollar in GPU due that games are not coming as demanding as expected because the only feature this generation has is Ray Tracing, which is not enough to convince user to shift to new GPU. He said Sony, MS, PC has reached to break point, where now hardware is way ahead and games are not taking the advantage of that hardware, which they suppose to take that is why Sony and MS are aiming at 60 FPS @4K. He said that we are not seeing anything like 2013-2014 where developers were from the get go to the new hardware and right it is software that are too much lagging behind and GPU has reached to the break Point due Nvidia vs AMD competition.He also said we getting into third year of next gen console and still we are not going to the level that was expected due to Software are matching the hardware high performance. So he said that Nvidia 4xxx, or AMD RX 7xxx are totally useless developers update there engines.
