Let's round it to 1800p~ with 100% locked 60 FPS on High~ equivalent settings, in an open world game which would probably have a ton of micro stuttering even on the beefiest of PC's.

RT mode will not be 60 fps!

There shoud be a separate 60 fps mode.

Mtlb Kuch bhi? Bhai I am running cyberpunk 1800p DLSS 60fps on a rtx 3060 right now...no stuttering what so ever. Ye aik Naya chulo chut gya hai PG pr PC games stuttooooooooors this is like the millionth time I'm coming across the 'pc games stutters argument, what PCs do you guys have

Unreal 3, 4, 5 sab mai PC versions stutter karte hain, Witcher 4 bhi kare ga.

Alex Battlestation ne sab k aarso pe paani pher diya.

Yar again ye mai nahi kehta, ye apka aur hamara best friend Alex Battlestation kehta hai, look up any recent Unreal engine games PC version video. Ghostwire is the latest one I think. He mentions it more than a few times.

Ab SX pe 4K/60 hota hai flawless, game hi change hogaya.

Probably gonna slip to 2023. Going by their track record.
