Seems like no one in KSA is interested in both the consoles, preorders went live in the morning and even after hours, every major retailer have both units available....

Unlike what happened with PS5 preorders lol.

Being a PC + console gamer, this latest acquisition by Microsoft doesn't make me choose Xbox series X over PS5 as my console of choice for the upcoming generation.

Some console only gamers might be swayed otherwise, but weren't most of games by Bethesda (Skyrim etc) more popular with PC crowd compared to console gamers?

Only worrying thing for me is past trend of decrease in quality of games by studios acquired by Microsoft.

and quantity aswell...they have just bought out rivals in western rpg market - more competition was good.

MS putting their deep pockets to good use😎 Sony was already feeling the noose tightening, they should follow the if u cant beat em, join em policy and embrace the mighty game pass library

Looking forward to seeing Starfield and the next Elder Scrolls. The former was something people had set their eyes on to rivaling Cyberpunk 20777's world simulation. Im sure those plans have changed now lol

I thought already announced games like TES6 will still release on PS5. But if it's 'case by case basis' then I won't count on it. Anyway, XBSS+Game Pass remains a good proposition.

It was merely a teaser announcement confirming it exists, without any official press release. Elder Scrolls not being on PS would be as massive as the next GTA game being only on one console. Its all upto MS. Even if they put it on PS5, they are the primary beneficiary of the sales.
