Wait instead as I demonstrate how responsive a "best playing and feeling shooter" can be. That too at 30fps no less.

It hasn't. Can't help people who choose to remain in denial.

But speaking of backfiring, how about dat comfortably below your acceptable mark for cutscene to gameplay ratio? Bet you regret bringing that up now. 😂😂😂

Can't wait for you to put that 120fps camera to good use and find out if them strong vibes translate into strong game feel when Cyberpunk 2077 is out :ROFLMAO:
I can't give you an exact "ms" figure or be 100% sure. But to me, this looks like it will plays really well and similar to Destiny 2.

You can't give a rough estimate or be even 1% sure about an exact "ms" figure until its release. FWIW, there's one guy at Gamespot who did compare it to Destiny, but in the same preview acknowledged that it felt weighty.

The weaponry at my disposal was fairly basic--a handgun, assault rifle, and shotgun--but each one felt rewarding to use. Unloading bullets into enemies felt weighty at the trigger pull and satisfying at the point of impact. This might not sound too exciting, but in RPG-focused shooters where numbers fly off enemies and you're chipping away at health or shields, it's not a guarantee that shooting enemies feels good. Borderlands, for example, doesn't work for me, while Destiny does. Cyberpunk 2077 is more of the latter than the former, with guns that feel empowering and feedback that proves they are.

Another Gamespot editor said that one shouldn't head into the game expecting Destiny level of gunplay, and called the shooting "serviceable".

Plenty of other sites have said similar stuff about the gunplay. Not a good look.

Plenty of others praised it too. Some even called it a legitimate shooter. That's not a good look for people who never wanted to like it in the first place lol

Plenty of sites weren't exactly impressed by combat in certain third person stealth shooter either. Too bad.

Some critics calling the combat more of the same doesn't imply they found it to be underwhelming. Most have praised it in their review, including Edge, the views of which you often like to point out.

Which critics called Cyberpunk 2077 a legitimate shooter? I'd like to see those previews.

Last of Us 2 feels a lot like the first game. That is not necessarily a compliment. One area Naughty Dog games have always felt lacking is the actual game play itself. Shooting feels awkward and the hand-to-hand portions are sloppy.

I'm sure you can find the relevant quotes like you've already done lol

You also forgot to highlight the part in the Gamespot article where the "weighty" part results in "felt [....] satisfying at the point of impact".

The Gamespot article you have quoted comparing the gunplay to Destiny is posted a day after I made my post here. Good to see that the "vibe" I got was verified by someone who got to play the game (y)

Ofcourse, not everyone is going to love the way the game feels. Which is also true for every game.

Welcome to the future, son. Edge remains in disbelief after hands-on with the game.

Like it or not, plenty of console generations have been won not on the strength of innovation, but on who can make a statement with such undeniable authority that everybody else feels obliged to shut up and pay attention. In our four short hours with Cyberpunk 2077 this month, CD Projekt Red has managed to do just that.

The attention to detail that the Polish developer has lavished upon this metropolis makes The Witcher III's world look like ancient history - and it didn't even need a new console to do it. Welcome to the future.
There is perhaps no single revelatory moment to compare with, say, the first glimpse of Rapture seen from Bioshock's bathysphere, or emerging from the sewers into the world of Oblivion. Rather, this is a place that leaves you regularly shaking your head in quiet disbelief.
Yet even taking Los Santos and Kamurocho into consideration, we're struggling to think of a virtual urban space that has felt quite so convincingly alive, so completely intoxicating in all its mesmerizing detail.
In other words, if Cyberpunk 2077 is a sandbox game with an RPG story, it's invested most of its street cred in the perks of an immersive sim.

"A duo of Johnny Silverhands, comin' up", says barkeep Claire. After she pours them, we're offered three choices of toast. To getting filthy rich? To the heist of a lifetime? For us, there's really only one option. We raise our glasses, of course, to Night City.
Some people could really use this advice here. They can't shut up and pay attention lol. I recall someone saying CDPR would be hamstrung by Xbox One.

B-b-b-but what of the cUt c0nt3nT Edg3? :ROFLMAO:

The line about not needing new consoles is pointless because the outlets were given 'hands on' via remote desktop app (Giantbomb etc extensively talked about it in their last few podcasts because AC Valhalla was done similarly). So they were playing a souped up PC version. Not the base Xbox version. :p

Yeah all your Xbox One remarks have been pointless. Atleast you realize that now.

CDPR are continuing to blow minds with a game supposedly "hamstrung and designed to run on Xbox One" :p

Would be hilarious to see what the biggest hater comes up with next, now that his favorite magazine is giving it glowing praises :ROFLMAO:
The same thing I told you ages ago i.e. not to look too deeply into Edge previews, because:

Sets the bar for next-gen action-RPGs, but gave it an 8/10 :ROFLMAO:

Also, from the same Cyberpunk preview:

"It'll be like you're using an aimbot"...well, that's one way to 'fix' your shooting :ROFLMAO:

What is peoples obsession with Battle Royale genre. 6 minutes to find a match, 3 minutes to setup a match, 2 minutes to land, 10 minutes for scavanging maybe 2 3 gunfigts and its over. Multiplayer landscape is looking absolute dogshit.
I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.
