I think there are a couple of people on the forum who provide the service. I have paypal, but it will be difficult for you to transfer me money, since I am not in Pak...what do you want ?

Yeah I would like to transfer money via jazzcash if it's viable. Just wanted to buy a set of cards that aren't really available anywhere else except eBay. Need to deliver them to an address in the states so just need someone to make the payment

I am sorry I cant help in that regard. Also it wouldnt be viable for you, as I said..since I dont have bank account, mobile or residence in Pakistan currently.

Maybe your contact in US can create a paypal ?

Have you found anyone. I too have make a 5 usd transfer for a paper. I am looking to find someone. I looked in olx . Most of people do 100 usd min.

    why you are paying american rates in Pakistan. Search cheaper region like Turkey. 13k for 13 months. Ms does not care
