In my last post I had mentioned that I had asked for termination for the TES connection due to non installation after 3 weeks. During this week I have spoken to TES accounts, TES so called engineering team, received calls from Head office, I cant even tell you how stupid and empty headed these people are that even with every information infront of them these people have no clue what one department is communicating or has communicated with the customer. This is a pretty entertaining and yet pathetic experience with the TES people I would share details of whats happening when we have reached a conclusion but right now I can just say from my experience these are just a bunch of amateurs running a company they have no system, no expertise or no control on their business or its management. If its running, its all good but when things start to go bad you would be amazed at how idiotic their entire system is.

From what i have seen and heard, this bad customer support and technical help has only been an issue with Karachi TES users.
I called them saying i will give double the amount of Static IP cost to get an Public IP. They said "Sir we are sorry, it isn't possible since we have very limited number of IPv4."
The static IP they provide is public. If however they have stopped offering static IPs entirely, then they truly are running out of IPv4 addresses to give out.
I think one of the reason their service and support is getting pathetic in Karachi is due to their entire focus on expansion and new connections and getting a connection is one thing maintaining and providing consistent service is something they are incapable off. Hearing a lot of bad reviews and people fed up of TES here in PECHS.
Is anyone else missing channels on iptv like BeIN Sports 12 (199), Animal Planet (265), Outdoor Channel (266) & Discovery (267). I am from Lahore.
They just don't want competition. I have waited since their arrival in Islamabad but it is clearly apparent they do not want to do a war in the muck with someone else. Even though I could see them taking significant chunks of Nayatel's market share.
Transworld is over-hyped. I had the connection installed in DHA II, Islamabad in 2017. It worked fine for me till 25th Dec 2019. However, during that time if i faced any issue the customer support was poor AF.
Now i've been getting packet loss in Dota 2 since 25th Dec '19. As per the ping to SEA server there is no packet loss but in game i am averaging about 15-20 in/out. They've been unable to resolve this issue since then. I had static IP configured, that didn't solve the problem either. Funny thing is I tested Dota 2 on other Transworld connections in DHA II and they were fine. I shared details with the customer support and they say that as per the "TEAM" the paths are optimized but I still get packet loss. They can't diagnose why there is no packet loss on other connections and there is on mine. Get this they tell me that the issue is at server end, when I tell them that it's fine on other Transworld connections they say that paths are optimized and can't be optimized further.
Well I am going to go back to PTCL, that is how BAD of an experience I've had with Transworld.

Pings on TES are always inferior compared to PTCL, this i have noticed for long. Recently joining a cod4 german server, my ping was 190-210ms whereas people who had nayatel or ptcl were having pings 140-150ms. This is very poor on TES's part and i am kind of disappointed.
TW1 has always had jitter on their packets - sometimes pings will be 40ms and at other times, it'll jump up to 120ms. In a second.
There are peak times (the 40-120ms variations, for example; it gets worse with international traffic) and offpeak times (where pings remain in the 40ms ballpark, for e.g.).
Why? I don't know. With PTCL, this random variation doesn't happen (it may not be stellar at times, but it'll be stable at that high rate).

I want to know PUBG Mobile Asia and MiddleEast server IP's in order to share with Transworld for better pings.

Don't rely on 3rd party sites for information.
PUBG uses AWS servers and their full list of IPs is available at their own reachability website:
http://ec2-reachability.amazonaws.com/
Middle East and Singapore IPs are all available at that link.
So I should send, IP's of Middle East, Mumbai and Singapore to Transworld. Will send these IP's to them decrease my in game ping ?
Post your ping results to those IPs. If they're already optimized, TW can't do anything to make them lower.
Send them the IP ranges from the list, or just a screenshot of the Middle East, Singapore and Europe IPs and tell them to optimise it.See this and tell:https://ibb.co/597994N
