I didn't even do any hard gaming. Just played 2 or 3 games on MWE 400 in this time and i didn't stressed it as much, still it stopped working.
So can anyone suggest good PSU in under 10K PKR considering the ups and downs of voltage system of Pak electricity.
Thanks.

When it comes to PSUs we don't have many choices here. I would say go for any 80+ rated one except for any cooler Masters since they are known to be terrible. I myself have a Xigmatek tauro 80+ 500 watt PSU which I bought over 6 years ago and its still running flawlessly with no stabliser whatsoever. Just make a habit of checking reviews before you buy anything so you know exactly what you're getting.

What specs were you using with MWE 400?
3rd Gen i3 3220
Nvidia GTX 1050 (it doesn't even need power 6pin power connector, total TDP is 75W)
2 sticks of Rams totaling 8GB's
2 Hard Drives 500GB + 1TB
Mouse Keyboard Usb drive.

I will recommend to go with a 500W PSU. Thermaltake Smart Series is a good option. A 500W Thermaltake Smart series will cost around 5K which is more than enough to be used. I always suggest to go with high quality and good watt PSU at the start because this component of PC doesn't need frequent replacement like GPUs and CPUs. So investing good money on it always payoff.

Also try to read the following thread. You will find some useful information regarding PSUs:
