I confronted my dealer about why he degraded my subscription. He the company (DreamNet) is revising the prices and 10 Mbps is what I get in 2000 (1600 Rs pkg + 400 Rs tax).Jeez! Just found out the dealer degraded me to Diamond from Platinum and still took 2000 PKR. Socha hoga Ramadan shuru honay se pehle loot lun. [emoji35]

using dreamnet and the speed is pathetic - doesn't work most of the time and when it does its slow as hell, and the people there are extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all - even dialup was better !
I've paid for 6 months and already thinking of switching to another service provider since I do not expect any refund from these people.

I've been speaking with the good people at dreamnet since almost 2 months now but my internet is... to best describe still as shitty or rather worse then dialup connection that I had used ages before.
So, is there someone in that good company that I can speak to who can resolve the matter since the current extremely helpful people there are not resolving the matter.

Just to update Everyone 2MB package is no more and the minimum package speed starts from 5Mbps

So it seems like saray dealer upgrade karny k mamly me kanjoos hain
Nahi bhai, Switch on Secondary connection Under Network section in your router page . On wireless you will get around 3-5MB/s while on wired connection around 8-9MB/s i.e 90Mbps

Fudge.Have you guys seen these new packages? I am confused about "Smart Packages with CDN" & "Standard Packages" what is the difference? Thankfully this time they have mentioned all the Tax prices.

Installation charges, package, any Downtime , and per month price?
and what were you paying Dreamnet and its package?
I opted for the Typhoon 2.0 10 Mbps option (Internet +TV+Landline) with first month free. 2400-2500 rs is the per month cost. Haven't faced any downtime since it was installed and it was worth it. I get 11 mbps peak often.
while I payed 2000 for a 6 Mbps (which the dealer kept me on 4 mbps for almost a year). The pkg was upgrade in march to 15 mbps and then to 10 a month later but the service deteriorated and often had downtime coincidentally the day I payed.

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
