Guys 10mb package is 1200+tax My dealer is taking 1400 from me monthly. Are you guys giving tax as well or is it on the dealer and mine is doing a lil Abuses will lead to banpan xD
I don't think so, although my dealer was double crossing me by keeping me on a 4 mbps package while I paid for a 6 mbps one which I opted for since the beginning.
I'm on Platinum (15 mbps) now since 26th Feb, for which I still pay 2000.

Confront them and tell them that there's no tax mentioned on website. Abuses will lead to ban bana rahe haan. These kanjar dealers always on some Abuses will lead to ban pana

Rs.1400 is very reasonable for 10mbps package but remember koi bhi net ho DEPEND DEALER per karta hai ! if dealer is dedicated to his work then all is well

Since none giving a solid answer here regarding to my issue, DDRi jus decided to post something on my own. I recently switched from Connect to Ebone Network/Dreamnet. Gotta say it is pretty decent compared to what I had. It has been a month and I have not faced any sort of disconnections, ping issues nor packet loss

So, I have Dreamnet for some time now at my place, I have been paying 1400 for 4mbps, the dealer won't agree to increase speed, he says that he is charging for service+tax for that amount. Am I missing something? Can the dealers charge whatever they feel like? Shouldn't it be Dreamnet's responsibility to enforce the rates?
I also called Dreamnet, they don't seem all that bothered. I might have to go for a 4g device instead.

I see, the dealer is double crossing you just like mine did. I initially subscribed to 6 mbps and had been paying for that but he kept me on 4mbps which I wasn't aware of.

what! 1400 for the smallest package???Man he is looting you from left,right and center. silver shouldn't be more than 900, Gold 1100 etc ! Confront him with screenshots just like wasif did and demand refund... and bolo 1000 me Gold kholo agar ni manta tw just switch to other dealer or if stormfiber(if available) or 3g/4g whatever you like

I've been using Dreamnet since 10 years now ... started from 2 MB package now I'm on 15 MB package for which I am paying Rs 2000-/ per month. Which seems to be a fair amount if you include taxes, 1600 pkg price + 400 tax rate. Since past 10 years 3-4 dealers changed, one after another. but the internet remained same. I really enjoy using their services and the speeds are exactly what they've promised to be.
