Earlier he said that he will pay 3 days after delivery after checking goods,
Then he sent me rs 5000 after lot of calls and msgs,
He asked for a weeks time,
Still didn't paid
Again lot of msgs and calls,
Sent me 10k
And asked 2 weeks time
After 2 weeks
Asked for more time another week
Paid with another instalment
Now after 2.5 months he has paid 25k
And 5k is left that he has to pay
But its not about the money
Its about the time, and pain that caused by this guy

I think he accumulates by looting such amounts from other ppl
