Any one using this ISP in Karachi F.B area block 9 Dastagir? Do let me know and how's your experience. Tired of connects slow and expensive packages and neither National Broadband, and Fiberlink are getting here any time soon so I'm left with no choice.

It doesn't works like that, Chief. Once the dealer has activated your card, he cannot downgrade until the next month where you tell him if you want to downgrade or upgrade your package. The image you have posted, it happens with me sometimes too, don't worry bout it'll get fixed.

Also y'all the packages they are showing up on their website, it'll be activated by 1st March of 2019. I want to see how it would go.

Its not activated its "EFFECTED" that is is rate per ye package hoga! I am on diamond+ (4mbps) in which I get 6mbps in day and 3.5 at night while upload remains same and it stopped a week ago . since yesterday 6pm I was getting 8mbps (up/down) and after 2 am I am on 10mbps (up/down) ,

Wese tum kis package per ho ? upgrade hoa? late night kiya speed aa rahi?

I see. But if the problem still persists, I might switch to StormFiber since they recently expanded to my area.
I'll wait until 1st of march when the new packages come into effect.

Chief I was about to disconnect and go for Stormfiber but the rates were just too much, decided to go for Dreamnet and it turned out to be a great option for me. Although I sometimes do get disconnect but I've never had any problems regarding to losses.

On other note, I'd say is wait for March and see if the packages they are promising to their customers finna happen or not. Although I really hope they make this happen, it will be huge benefit for both customers and Dreamnet.

Omg, it is official then. This is some good stuff. Are you going to stay wit Dreamnet now and not switch to Stormfiber?

Is Dreamnet available in North Karachi? Does it solely depend on the dealer or you can contact them through a website or something and have your connection even if there's no dealer??

It depends on dealer. If you want to get your connection installed and lets say you have connect or fariya net at your place, likely they'll also have a switch installed for Dreamnet. If you have connect/fariya, you can easily switch up.

I do not think they will answer you through email, their phone number doesn't seems to be valid. Although what you can do is contact them on Facebook and ask if there is a dealer @ your area, or you can take my dealer's number and he will get you the number of the dealer @ your place.

Hmm I'll try asking my dealer first. He recently switched from Fariya to Multinet and it's awful. The dealer said they claimed a solid "constant" bandwidth of whatever package you have (Fariya and connect get slow at night and increase bandiwdth in the morning usually). While this does seem true, however the jitter and packet loss is greater :s Webpages don't load properly on first try and ping spikes :(
