I don't think it would work as you'd have to have your bank account to withdraw funds in the same name as the account's. That is if that is what you need it for.

That barrier could be broken if you withdraw to Payoneer account. But I doubt if somebody would sell their account cheap.

that can work temporarily because upwork does verify that the account details on payoneer card match the details on upwork account.

i highly doubt it you can get an account.

Yeah, I doubt it will be cheap. BTW I don't think the Payoneer method would work either or even if it did it would be once only.

I agree with both of you but have my opinion which is if the seller gives Upwork + Payoneer both accounts the buyer could easily withdraw funds to bank accounts (need to confirm if Payoneer does not allow fund withdrawal to a different name then as Payoneer), otherwise funds could easily be transferred to another Payoneer from where they could be easily sent to bank account.

But the main problem would be buying an account from someone who could be trusted. Nobody would sell it cheap man, even I won't sell my account for less than 10K or may be more USD. IDK, it may sound insane but what else do you think a top rated account's worth should be?

Depends on the rating# jobs done# past earnings, if it has ever been banned, or if it's top rated.
