I am getting this on 6mb connection. The download speed sucks, the upload speed is alright, but the download does not get better then this... Please don't tell me to contact Ptcl their techs are incompetent. Any suggestion??

Wrong thread first of all, and secondly, if you can't contact PTCL about a PTCL issue, who do you expect to contact?

Send a screenshot of this to PTCL on Twitter and Facebook and then send the same screenshot to [email protected] and CC [email protected] in the email as well.
If you annoy PTCL on all their social media channels and complain via email, the issue will eventually get fixed by someone.

If you're really impatient, go down to your exchange and meet the manager, tell him that you're facing this issue and if it's not fixed, you'll disconnect their service.

All appreciations to you for replying. I just called again and the agent said that it's fine from our end. I perform the test during the call as per his instruction and told him the result. I told him you are right all the paremeters are OK as shown in the screenshot. Why I am not getting the speed. He said he will refresh the port and make a technician visit which I know is useless as their techs know nothing but jogarh...
I live in rural kpk and have no other options, I would have stopped using their service long ago but I am stuck with them..

Email PTA on the email address I gave above, and tell them PTCL is refusing to solve your issue, but they are charging you full amount in every months bill.

Same is the issue with me i am on 20mb vdsl2 my line stats are great i receive 17mbps from 2:00am at night night till 1:00pm after that during whole day only 2mbps and also note that your upload speed will remain max 24hours mine is 10mbps all time.I had been complaining to them since 2 weeks but no action lineman came and was happy to see 8mbps down and said "bhai upload tu puri arae h na bqi dekh lenge exchange se"...
main vja ye h k ptcl area p bandwidth h km dra h peak hours me ye msla rhega me exchange b ja chuka hn or pta ko mail b kri h only option left for me is to get rid of this worst isp.
