I'll be completely honest here. Money doesn't buy happiness. You should do what you want to do, not what others tell you to do. Take some time and explore your affinity for subjects. There are plenty of online courses that can give you a brief look into whatever field you want.

But to answer your question, every STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) field job provides a sustaining amount of money. It varies based on many factors, just remember that field experience is valued a lot. For the best case scenario, you should be able to go abroad where you can make 10x times the amount of money you'd be able to make here (or more).

I just started in the field of CS with the goal of going abroad, so I haven't a clue. But I think the money is good enough to pay bills and beyond. Just remember to specialize in a relevant field. Programming is not all there is in CS.

Whatever you decide, you will get interview and later selection based on your command/skill in the field. People advise to "follow your passion" because there lies a motivation and you put your heart in your work. At the end your intelligence, will and effort determine how good you are in your field, and if you become one of the best, you will be hired by the best organizations.
I have friends who are engineers and earn less than Accountants and vice versa.
Some people get jobs in good organizations, others start their own companies and some just barely make ends meet.
But if you still want an answer for the general trend, then I think Business Management have the highest paying jobs anywhere.

Doctors are the most respected profession in Pakistan, In programming, you have to keep updating yourself with the trends of the market. There is lot of money in CA similar to programming, but I think its boring as hell.

Architect oh year, how about becoming Architect/Civil Engineer & doing MBA & leading to start your own construction business?

I would suggest you to go through MBTI or Big5 Personality test to analyze your competency. There are endless profession to join, listen to your own internal voice before joining one.

In all honesty, I wouldn't advise becoming a doctor. The things you have to go through are just devastating, not to mention the insane competition in the field. The return is not great enough to justify it. You spend a substantial sum of your early adulthood stressing out, having sleepless nights to study etc. For any doctor here, once you're done with your studies it takes like 10-15 years to finally get your name recognized in the market and pay off the money you spent for your studies.
