Need help from all the pros. It is safe to take whey protein ? I read about its side effects but does that really happen.
Yes, safe. Just go for a reputed brand and don't overdose on it. 2 scoops a day at different times is more than enough and drink plenty of water.

Nah nah, a single scoop would suffice. Take another scoop some other time in the day. Either just before going to bed or in the morning.

here is the breakdown
Custom Duty:20%
Regulatory Duty: 20%
And if ordered by individual person then Sales Tax:17%,income Tax: 9%

ppl who got NOC saying they got not duty charged
Can you ask him what the procedure to get the NOC for the protein powder was?
With the NOC no duty was charged? Or less?

I started the gym a month and 16 days ago. Trying to go down from 287 lbs to below 210. I've lost like 9 pounds so far and I'm trying to reach my goal by the next 8 months. I don't know much at all, so I haven't started dieting, but did start eating less and stopped drinking sweet/"cold" drinks. The routine I follow, if not what the trainer tells me to do, is just to do 10-40 mins of cardio and then whatever weight exercises I like doing on all of the weight machines that are there.

Any tips/advice for me guys? Anything a very experienced gym-goer, or someone who's been through a weight-loss journey themselves, would like to tell me to do, that would make my life easier?

You need to increase your calorie intake and while serious mass does give you the calories that you need I wouldn't recommend it. Instead get gold standard whey and make your own calorie concoction at home which I do. It consists of:-
500 Gram Milk
4 Large Bananas
250 Gram Yogurt
4 TBSP Oats
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 serving of Whey Protein

Blend it all and drink it one go. It might make you sick the first couple of days but your body will get used to it. It will count as a meal of course. I drink this 2x a day along with 4 other meals that consist of solid food making it 6 meals a day for me. I used to be very skinny and have a fat metabolism so even with this diet I'm still quite skinny but I'm definitely way bigger than before and have packed a lot of muscle. I went from 45KG to 60KG in about 8 months.

Better approach to this would be what I do, half a cup of oats blended dry to a powder. I can't believe someone could swallow it like that, yuck. My recipe is as follows:

- Two heaping scoops of peanut butter from a tablespoon - basically what is heaping insert the table spoon in a jar and take out as much peanut butter you can with the table spoon matlab ice cream k scoop ki mannad dikhna chahyay.
- Half a cup of oats blended to a powder
- 1 serving of whey protein (if you cannot afford go for Milo powder heaping spoons - don't buy ovatine or horlicks they don't have protein)
- Milk hazbe zaiqa but much more than a glass full

The taste on my recipe will be more addictive than anything you have had in ages! This will be your breakfast at the least and if you do it twice it will be equal to a mass gainer no doubt!

Most of the people who are saying 'Dont Take Steroids' probably dont have the slightest clue as to why they're against it in the first place.

Dont get me wrong, steroids are hormones and everytime you play with the hormones of your body, there WILL be effects. But with proper knowledge and research, and I mean tons of research you can try to decrease the side effects.

Me personally, I would never use steroids, I bodybuild so I can look good, and these three common side effects just turn me off:
Acne - the most common side effect
Hair loss - What's the point of having 6 pack abs when you're bald
Gynecomastia - Growing female boobs, another common side effect

You can try to decrease these side-effects by using an anti-estrogen, and maybe doing just one cycle wont grow boobs, or damage your liver; but keep in mind, please do your research properly on what steroids to use, what anti-estrogen to use and how you can minimize the effects.

To all those saying they're medical students and steroids are harmful bla bla, they are harmful if abused, but you really dont know much about the sports application of steroids so you cannot apply your knowledge here, because quite frankly this is not part of the course work of any medical school. And to the people spreading wrong knowledge, please...just dont say anything. Steroids have a lot of side-effects and cancer is not one of them. They can damage your liver, they can damage your heart, but they dont cause cancer lol

This is going to be a hard hard necro but honestly I just couldn't resist replying to you even though you might be inactive now.

Anabolic steroids are banned by most organizations.

Secondly they do cause prostate cancer and there are a lot of other side effects you might face and there's no evidence that by doing only one cycle will reduce them.

Secondly, sports physiology IS the course work of a undergrad medical student.

Guys from ISB can anyone recommend a good gym in G-10 G-11 F-11 area? Or any other if it's really good. I'm looking to start gym for sometime now but can't find any good one. Either they have inflated prices or really bad.

    I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.
