I bought rods for got the price now but it was really cheaper and 100-200 of plates each kg , maybe u will find even better prices as in Karachi local market for each kg ,
But Believe me I was looking for these kind of packages in metro and related stores in faisalabad , and they was asking like these items are made of gold -_- ,
yep... i found a set like this on a website, it has 2 rods and 20 kgs weight they r asking 7500 for it...

Just started gym. Don't plan on full body building, just getting in shape. Need some advice on food intake. What to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner. What kind of fruits to focus on.

How do you think, if I am vegetarian and start to drink protein coctails, will it be the same as if I eat meat? Maybe it sounds funny, sorry, but I am very concerned. I want to gain weight. I do go to gym reguralry.
no it won't be like meat, I have seen many vegetarian ppls using whey, soy casein etc proteins ,

and to burn fats you must do workouts , and lets whole body fat be burned , instead of just around belly ,
has anybody ordered from myProtien.pk ? it looks very affordable but the problem is when you add product in basket it says... on order above 4 kg, custom charges will apply, which will become so much expensive. so i was wondering if anyone order below 4 kg. will charges still be applicable or not.

here is the breakdown
Custom Duty:20%
Regulatory Duty: 20%
And if ordered by individual person then Sales Tax:17%,income Tax: 9%
ppl who got NOC saying they got not duty charged
