this is my first time taking supplements and I want to gain muscle mass cause i'm weak and skinny. now the problem is the fake supplements available in the market as i'm not a pro and can't distinguish thus I was thinking of buying directly from optimumnutrition.com
So, I have never ordered online and the fear of loosing my hard earned money is also there incase if I don't get the product. what to do? I got no one living outside Pakistan that can bring the product to me either.
plz help.

Guys i have serious concerns over inorganic chicken meat...
What feedbacks you guys have regarding inorganic chicken?..
I have heard they are fed with sterioids and antibiotics and artifical growth harmones and pose great health risk..

Consuming desi chicken or beef
On daily basis is out of my budget.

So plz guys provide ur feedbacks on inorganic chicken

Yeah... avoid making it your main source of proteins. Eggs, milk, beans, nuts and some pulses;lie daal moong; is what you should focus on. If you want to gain weight, you can also use some protein shakes (plenty of recommendation in this thread too) but do make sure these are genuine, have good reviews and don't over use it.

A well balanced diet and exercise plan is way to go, this will ensure that weight/muscles are gained at right place in right amount.

Its fine. The whole world of bodybuilders is consuming inorganic chicken breasts. Make sure you add in fish and beef to the mix occasionally.

And you get free growth hormone and steroids without needing to inject them :D

I have sleep issues so my doc advised me to do exercise. Now, I am thinking, why not gain some muscle and weight too. I read whey protein causes sleep issues. Is there any safe supplement which does not cause sleep issues but help improving sleep and to gain weight and building muscle?

it would be so much expensive, to get a box like this, I bought everything separately which is cheap, just but dumbell rods and weights separately,
