Yeah... avoid making it your main source of proteins. Eggs, milk, beans, nuts and some pulses;lie daal moong; is what you should focus on. If you want to gain weight, you can also use some protein shakes (plenty of recommendation in this thread too) but do make sure these are genuine, have good reviews and don't over use it.
A well balanced diet and exercise plan is way to go, this will ensure that weight/muscles are gained at right place in right amount.
