not good with anyone yet but iam a daigo wannabe.hope they dont fully screw ryu.

Pre-order the game on the PS4, that's all.

You can also get it if you pre-order from Steam but yeah, those two are the only ways to get it.

i'm really glad this is cross-play with you PS4 guys, cuz otherwise I wouldn't have anyone else to play this with lol

Yeah, it's gonna be fun having people to play with and not having to worry about different playerbases.

How is the netcode so far? Are you getting decent latency with people in other continents?

Pre-ordering from PSN gets you the Chun li costumes .. pre-ordering from gamestop gets u Beard Ryu ..

Unfortunately the BETA is ranked match only so u cant create lobbies and inv friends.. I only got 1 match with a Paki and it was v gud... and I used to get perfect connection with UAE before i went to UK, now when im back the connection against UAE is unplayable... i have no idea why.. maybe its just PTCL..

PTCL routing probably, which was changed a few years ago. pings to the UAE dota server are also very high. higher than EU and SEA.

i realy want to get this on day 1 but im seriously concerned for the netcode, ive been playing alot of ultra sf4 on ps4 and its always 1 or 0 bars and not fun atall was the beta for 5 the same or have they managed to improved that somehow

G.. i ordered from PSN .. and is there anything we can do to change that?.. The main reason IMO the SSF4 Era was soo gud, was due to great connectivity with UAE.

Whats ur PSN id?.. Have you played with any1 from Pakistan??.. I play a friend from islamabad and the connection v gud.. SFV netcode is alot better than SF4 since its based on roll back methodology. It all comes down to your connection. If ur on a solid fiber connection, it should be v gud.

havent played anyone from pakistan but fingers crossed for sf5 realy digging the preview and mechanics didnt got a chance to play the beta let me know if ur up for a game or 2 on ps4 sf4 because in ranks the matchmaking thinks im from uk and it always gives me 1 bar at best or 0 at worst , i do have nayatel so fingers crossed for good connections in 5

Set up desktop countdown for 30th Jan beta... Hope PTCL network holds out at that time...

Kool i'll add you up ... and NAYATEL?.. you must be in Pindi/Islamabad than ... Your lucky theres a big SF community in Saddar.. NAYATEL is hands down the best network in Pak atm.. im using PTCL 4mbps and its absolutely shit..

Same here buddy .. I hope more people jump on when the game comes out... The only thing fucking up gaming in Pak is PTCL Garbage Broadband.. Its sooo unreliable. It used to be badass but now its just mega crap.. I'm using 4mbps and u knw what just now my UPLOAD went down from 1MB to 400Kb ... I hope it gets fixed by tomorrow don't wanna miss out on the final beta.

lolz goddamn we got our asses kicked maybe me and you will have some interesting matches but those other 2 guys were way beyond our league, and the connections were so goddamn great felt like playing locally.I just preordered sf5, lets do this day 1 and everybody starting from scratch

Both versions of the game have cross play so PC people can play with PS4 owners and vice versa. You can buy whichever version you want.

Yeah, Irontriggor stunning me 10 seconds into the first match was pretty brutal. The best thing SFV would do for us is to (hopefully) increase the player base so there would be more players within our skill range. Make no mistake about it, people with good fundamentals would dominate us even in a new game like SFV. I remember one vid in which ChrisG was kicking casual player asses in fuckin' Divekick (a game with two buttons only).

he has 7 years of experienceon us in this one, its just a few more weeks and we all start from scratch
just because of cross play i have a feeling the netcode will be dodgy as hell, if there is a freind system with pc players it has to be ingame otherwise i think you can onl randomly fight them
