i have dreams about the shawarmas i used to have in sharjah... them shawarmas with fries inside *drool*

anyway shawarma to door ki baat he yaha to hummus bhi acha nahi milta... i personally make my own hummus at home. isn't as great as the original but definitely better than anything i've ever had at any restaurant here...

there is a shawarma wala in IoBM (cbm) it offers that same shit you find anywhere else but his hummus is good and the chicken too so yeah if you tell them what to put in and what not to then it comes out decent...

also is zatir or lahm available here anywhere? its a lebanese pizza type thing... that shit tastes great yo
Damascus has good Hummus
zaatir which zaatir you like there are different type of zaatir available here in UAE
i like zaatir cheese , and manakees
indeed it taste awesome

Fries inside a shawarma is the greatest thing to happen to food ever since somebody decided to put pineapples on top of a pizza :love1
it tastes good the fries isnt that hard and crispy inside it

another thing is falafel that is awesome here too yeh UAE k PAKORDAY hain :D

btw i saw pics of these at damscus they don't look authentic btw another main reason of Shawarma not taste like here what authentic is
because they use Khubus bread where in pakistan most of the places i have come across uses pita bread which is totally different

Fattoush in Centaurus-Islamabad.
Their Shawerma is the closest to the one you'll get in KSA.
IIRC,it was a Rs 330 Deal with some fries and a drink.
I tried it in March this year. Will definitely give it a try again.
It was a bit dry.

Also for the ones living in Lahore. I've found a vendor which sells good shawerma. Not really authentic but it's better than having that spice filled crap.
It was hygienic.Uses mayo-garlic instead of red-chilli sauce, but the sauce isn't thick enough.
It's a little spicy;not that much tbh.It only lacks the thin bread and some fries.
He's located near Wapda town roundabout on PIA main road.Just on the parking spot of Ishtiaq Sons.
Smaller one is for Rs 60 and larger one for 100.There isn't much of a difference between them, just more chicken.
He also sells some paratha shawerma. Haven't tried it yet. He'll only sell those if you order more than 3.

That's a tiny ass shawarma, did you bite it like that, or is it really that small?

@IzHee Got some bad news for you, maybe not much for you as you have already tasted it but for the rest of them. The place closed down a few months back.

I had the chance to visit the place back in January. It was not close to authentic shawarma it was authentic. As you guys know there are many awful authentic Lebanese cuisine restaurants here in Pakistan, so I didn't have high expectations from this one either. I went there and the first thing I asked them was that is this actually legit Lebanese, the worker there said yes. I told him to let me taste the garlic sauce (know as toum in arabic) and it was exactly like the ones that I used to eat in U.A.E. Then I asked for a taste of Hummus and the result was same. The guy who was running the place, not the owner but someone they hired, he came down listening to our queries. I won't get in to all the details of our conversation but here is the most interesting thing he said "Yeh Islamabad ke log Abuses will lead to ban hein! in ko kuch taste ka pata nai, ju khilao kha jate hein", no offense to anyone but these are his exact words. He worked for many years at Zahrat ul Lebanon (Lebanese Flower Restaurant), one of the most popular restaurants in the U.A.E. He was looking for a partner to open his own restaurant in Lahore, unfortunately couldn't find any. He went back to U.A.E, so the place is now closed.

Here's a pic for you guys to enjoy:

Also Chicken Shawarma contains Chicken, pickles, fries and garlic sauce. Beef shawarma contains bagdoonish (not found here in Pakistan, the guy above grew his own in Muree) tahini, onions. In U.A.E these were the ingredients and K.S.A too.

I think around march my cousin was coming to Lahore, so I ordered 10 shawarmas for 2000rs. Then on eid-ul-fitr I called my cousin to bring them along once again, but she said that the place has been closed. I called Centaurus, got the mobile number of one of the workers there, just to confirm and he told me that it has indeed been closed and the guy has moved back to U.A.E.

What is peoples obsession with Battle Royale genre. 6 minutes to find a match, 3 minutes to setup a match, 2 minutes to land, 10 minutes for scavanging maybe 2 3 gunfigts and its over. Multiplayer landscape is looking absolute dogshit.
I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.

After I watched it, I never felt like i watched a show. It was a friggin journey. I got way too attached to Thorfinn and seeing him grow up and find himself and get rid of all the negativity inside of him was just pure bliss.
