Hi all.
I am using alienware m11x, i ma facing a problem that g,h up arrow and escape keys are not working. there is no coffee spills, fall or other injuries to laptop. suddenly they stopped working rest of the keyboard is working flawlessly.
i did system restore, restarted, shook laptop hard, cleaned with the hair blower as well but nothing seemed to work etc. i read somewhere remove the battery then it will work fine. tomhardware was that probably. but the battery is inbuilt so have not tried that orthat i should install new window. so if anyone can recommend something in software in the query. or is there any kind of virus that can make keyboard stop working.
kindly recommend something.
