So I'm on Nayatel and I got IP banned twice in 2 days by the PTA for using VoIP - except I've never done that. So I called up Nayatel support and they assigned me a new IP on each occasion. The only explanation they could provide was that I was probably on IPs that had been banned before, which is why they were shut down again. They also told me the two things that can get you IP banned are VoIP usage and excessive email output.
In any case, I've never done either, and I've been IP banned twice now. Going to be fucking annoyed if this happens a third time, cuz I have no idea how to stop it and it seems to be beyond Nayatel to help me on this issue.
