Viber's working fine for me as well (ISP: PTCL).

I think this is some technical lost control. It's been going on and off the whole day. Not really blocking it IMO.

Whatever the case, the blocks have to be lifted manually and they won't remove it by themselves. Previous few IP's that got unblocked was because we got it unblocked, if we hadn't messaged them about it, the block would have stayed in place...

Share that contact address where we can complain to. I think these will get sorted out once the issue is raised.
