I sold him my PS4 Controller in 7500/-. He transferred me the payment in advance and I sent him the controller. I had two controllers. One I sold to this Shen guy from PG and one I sold it outside the the PG marketplace. During shipment TCS mixed the two controllers. Shen received a faulty controller and the other guy received Shen's controller. Shen messaged me and I told him that his controller is somewhere else and he has gotten the wrong controller. I'm willing to rectify my mistake and give him his controller back or transfer him the whole amount. I just asked him to ship the faulty controller back to me. I'm still willing to transfer his payment back and take my controller but he didn't want to listen to me and blocked me directly on whatsapp. The controller he got is a wrong one but that too I'm willing to take back since it was a mistake done by TCS but he didn't agree on that as well.
He is highly unreasonable and childish. He doesn't want the issue rectified. However this has been forwarded to PG moderators.

@NiggurBhai gave me a defective and changed product, he is a liar who put blame on the courier but in fact it is his own fault, he wasted my time and when we had an arrangement he backed off from that also. I don't have time to make deals with him again and again so I gave him a negative rating and just for the sake of that as an act of balancing from his standard, he gave me the negative rating that is how hypocrite he is and after doing this to me he has the audacity of saying I am amatuer, unprofessional because I get the wrong defective product after paying full in advance. My money energy and time all wasted for nothing.
