i got this laptop Dell XPS 9550 4K from this guy after discussing in detail with him and unfortunately during one week warranty time, the charger which was not original and repaired/modified one burnt. I Sent him numerous msgs on his cell phone, whatsapp, facebook n offcourse on PG but no response. This is not a way of dealing with your customers. First i ignored the shipping service he used which didnt deliver laptop on my house and i had to send my driver to pick that from their main office as they were having Eid breaks with Popalzai i guess and then this happened, Electronics fail but not responding to ur customers during one week of warranty period is very bad and unprofessional. Unfortunately i cant use this laptop anymore due to no availability of charger in market and seller is also not replying to help me solve this issue. Other issues i faced were original hardware like ram and SSD was altered n not the one which came with laptop. I will suggest not to buy a used laptop especially which is box open or has no box etc with it from this guy or atleast pay after u have received it. Since he is a premium seller n my negative trade score wont affect his over all trade score which will remain 100% so admin should look into this scoring methods.
Really disappointed by the way premium sellers treat their customers.
