    I always get the weirdest ISPs, just my luck. This ISP throttles streaming to just 480p while speedtest shows 75/10 Mbps as it should. CIK telecom or something like that.

    Compatible TPM couldn't be found. Verify that this pc has TPM 1.2 or later by going into the bios and there's nothing in BIOS
