I think the highest upload speeds I've seen online, for 4G, are in the ballpark of 40 and 50Mbps, something Jazz also manages to attain because that's the maximum real world upload speed you can get on 20Mhz (and 4G supports a maximum single chunk of 20Mhz - anything extra, and you need aggregation, but only the first carrier's spectrum is used).

So for example, if it's 5+20Mhz, you'll get 25Mhz for downloads but only 5Mhz for uploads.
If the phone reports as 20+5, you'll still get 25Mhz for downloads but now, 20Mhz for uploads.

Depends which band your phone latches on to as the primary band, until it either switches it around or you do some mumbo jumbo.

Also, it's not in any operator's interest to focus on upload speeds - everyone measures performance from download speeds.

and the max download speed I saw was 150Mbps and upload was 85Mbps.

That's really good. I guess you were on their 20Mhz spectrum with those upload speeds.
But also, the speedtest conducted in the first screenshot and the second screenshot show different times of the day (and hence, congestion and other things).

Nopes. No effect. Calls don't really take a lot of spectrum anyway (unlike data).

Phone operators prioritize voice calls (IMS channels) over data using QoS. You can have zero functional data but voice calls would work (I see this with Jazz in my part of Bahria - zero functional data but calls still go through on my mum's phone, which supports VoLTE from some rando Realmi brand)

Paisay le kar phase 2 analysis mein approve kar den gay just like Mobilink Warid merger. Tab bhi phase 1 mein reject kar diya tha aur phase 2 mein approve kar diya tha.
Aur itni der just PTCL ki apni wajah se lagi hai. Pehle application late file ki, woh bhi ghalat fee ke saath. Phir required documents bohat late provide kiye.

After the merger, there won't be any Telenor. Ufone will absorb Telenor's resources, including towers and spectrum.

Overall, Telenor's signals and speed will increase because the towers and spectrum of Telenor and Ufone will be combined. Telenor currently has 4G coverage, but the speed is very low due to insufficient spectrum. Ufone has spectrum but lacks 4G coverage. After the towers are merged, not only will Ufone's 4G signals and coverage significantly improve, but the 4G speed will also increase due to the substantial combined spectrum.
