PTCL Fiber not working with PS4

So i got ptcl fiber a few days ago and its working everywhere but on my PS4. I get fine download speed but upload speeds are zero. Did a speedtest on speedtest.net using PS4s browser and it still shows 0

other networks work fine on my ps4

Ive tried assigning static ip, portforwarding, dmz, disabling ptcl huawei router firewall, using ethernet and NOTHING works

contacted ptcl support and they say everything is fine on their end. Please help me. I dont know if this is a issue just for me or everyone on ps4 is facing it with ptcl fiber

If you're using dns 1.1.1.1 then it'll slower your upload speed on playstation i don't know why? Use google dns in playstation you'll get full upload speed
